Mango lassi is famous panjabi street food . it is very very delish recipe. I have given one twist in this recipe for enhance the taste of lassi .

Mango lassi

Ingredients to make Mango lassi

  • 1 big mango alphnso /badami
  • 1 cup thick curd
  • 2 tsp roohafza syrup
  • 1 Cup water
  • Sone chopped pistachio for garnishing

How to make Mango lassi

  1. First chop the mango in small pieces , then process mango with curd in a grinder .
  2. Add chilled water, process again .
  3. Now add roohafza syrup and process well again in a grinder . Mango lassi is ready .
  4. Garnish with chopped pistachio. Serve chilled .

My Tip:

You can make various types of lassi like strawberry, rose flavour etc.
