Ingredients to make Veg spring roll

  • Boiled noodles 2 bowl
  • Chopped onion, cabbage and carrots 2 bowls
  • Soya sauce 1 table spoon
  • chilli sauce 1 table spoon
  • salt as per taste
  • Garlic ginger chilli powder 1 table spoon
  • Noodles masala 1 table spoon
  • all purpose flour 1 bowl
  • water as per required
  • oil for deep fry

How to make Veg spring roll

  1. First take all purpose flour. Add oil and salt. Make their hard dough.
  2. Now make thier small Rotis .
  3. Now take pan ..add oil .add chopped onion and all veggies. Mixed it well.
  4. Add ginger garlic chilli paste and noodles Masala.and boiled noddles . Mixes it well.
  5. Now give it rest for 10 minutes.
  6. Make small Roti of above dough.. Stuffed that noddles in it. Make their roll using Mainda slarii .
  7. Now take pan. Add sufficient oil.. And deep fry that roll until golden brown .
  8. Serve with ketchup.
