ABOUT Mix vegetables RECIPE

A healthy vegetables rich dish, equally delish in taste.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 big size potato
  2. 1 carrot
  3. 10-15 French beans
  4. 1 green capsicum
  5. 100 gm cauliflower
  6. 1/4 cup peas
  7. 1 big onion
  8. 1 tomato
  9. 1 tbsp oil
  10. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  11. 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  12. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  13. 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  14. 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  15. salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a wok and add chopped onions and sauté till translucent.
  2. Put all chopped vegetables and sauté on high flame for 3-4 mins.
  3. Add salt and turmeric powder and cover and cook on low flame.
  4. After 4-5 mins when veggies turn soft, add chopped tomato, coriander powder and red chilli powder.
  5. Cover and cook for 1-2 mins .
  6. Add garam masala powder and chaat masala and serve hot.
