  • Rice flour. 1 cup
  • All purpose flour. 2 tbs
  • Nigella/kalongi. 1 tbs
  • red chilli powder. 1 tbs
  • water 1&1/2 cups
  • salt 1&1/2 tsp
  • sugar syrup..........
  • sugar 2 cups
  • Lamon juice. 1 tbs
  • water. 1 cup
  • Sinamon sticks 2
  • cardamom 2 pcs

How to make Juicy Rice Cakes

  1. BOIL 5 TBSP WATER, ADD 1 TBSP EACH OF RED CHILLI POWDER & NIGELLA SEEDS
  2. ADD 1 CUP RICE FLOUR, 2 TBSP FLOUR, STIR CONTINUOUSLY TO MAKE A SMOOTH DOUGH, KEEP TO COOL
  3. BOIL1 CINNAMON STICK, 2 CARDAMOMS, 2 CUPS SUGAR, 1 TBSP LEMON JUICE IN 1 CUP WATER, KEEP ASIDE
  4. SHAPE READY DOUGH INTO A THICK ROTI, MARK WITH DESIGNS & MOTIFS LIKE THIS
  5. DESIGN PATTERNS OF YOUR CHOICE
  6. DEEP FRY UNTIL GETS GOLDEN BROWN & CRISP
  7. SOAK IN THE READY SUGAR SYRUP FOR 5-7 MINS
