Ingredients to make Rava kesari

  • Rava 1 cup
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • water 1/4 cup
  • Dry fruits 6-7
  • Raisin 3
  • cardamom powder 1 tsp
  • sugar 4 tsp
  • ghee 2 tsp

How to make Rava kesari

  1. In pan add ghee and dry fruits, roast it and keep aside.
  2. In another pan add little ghee and roast rava for 10 min and set aside
  3. In pan Boil water and add little by little rava by stirring well.cook for 5 min.now add cardamom powder and milk.cook for 10-15 min.
  4. Now add ghee little by little.stir well.add dry fruits and cook for 5-10 min.
  5. Yummy rava kesari is ready to taste
