Ingredients to make Khajoor Saundesh

  • 500ml milk
  • 6 pieces of dates
  • 1/4tsp of curd (if you need)

How to make Khajoor Saundesh

  1. Soak dates in hot water for 5minutes
  2. Mash them & filter the pulp
  3. Boil milk
  4. When reach in boiling point add dates pulp (if you want so add curd)
  5. Separate chhena
  6. Hung it in muslin cloth for 25-30 minutes
  7. After minutes mash chhena until creamy and soft
  8. Give them shape &keep it in fridge for 5-10mnts..

My Tip:

If not separate chhena only dates pulp can use curd.. In winter no need to keep in fridge..
