Ingredients to make Cauliflower -peas sabji

  • cauliflower 1/2 bowl
  • peas 1 cup
  • capsicum 1/2 cup chopped
  • turmeric powder 1/2 spoon
  • coriander powder 1/2 spoon
  • red chilli powder 1 spoon
  • salt to taste
  • oil as required
  • tomato 1 chopped
  • asafoetida a pinch

How to make Cauliflower -peas sabji

  1. Take a pan. add oil .add Asafoetida.
  2. Add turmeric powder.
  3. Add cauliflower,peas, capsicum, tomato.
  4. Add salt. Then after 5 minutes. Add all spices.
  5. Then mix well.
  6. Ready to serve.

Serve with paratha.
