Khichdi pakoda

Ingredients to make Khichdi pakoda

  • Khichdi 1 cup
  • chickpea flour 11/2 cup
  • salt to taste
  • turmeric powder 1/2 spoon
  • baking soda 1/2 spoon
  • red chilly powder 1 spoon
  • Garam masala powder 1 spoon
  • oil as required
  • water as required

How to make Khichdi pakoda

  1. Take a bowl , mix all the above ingredients.don't add oil in it. Mix well
  2. Khichdi : 1 cup rice + 1 cup moong daal + salt+ 3 cup water
  3. Boil this khichdi
  4. When it's cool . Use it. Only 1 cup.
  5. Make a pakoda batter.
  6. Then take a pan. Add oil.
  7. Fry pakoras.
  8. Serve hot.

My Tip:

Serve with tea.
