Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. FOR THE DIP:
  2. Rice Flour - 6 sp
  3. Sesame Seeds (nuvvulu) - 2 tsp
  4. Chilli powder - 1 tsp
  5. salt - 1 tsp
  6. VEGETABLES:
  7. Potals - 6
  8. Potato - 2
  9. Bitter gourd - 1
  10. Raw banana - 1

Instructions

  1. Wash and cut the vegetables in circles length wise. Thickness should be around 5 mm.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add all the vegetables and spices and close with a lid. Set aside 1/2 hour for marinating.
  3. Heat a kadai with oil.
  4. Check the vegetables. They sould have got marinated with the moisture oozing out from them. Add little bit of water if the flours are not sticking.
  5. Deep fry the veggies on medium flame.
