Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Tindora - 250 gm
  2. Jeera / Cumin Seeds - 1 Teaspoon
  3. Curry Leaves - 6-7
  4. Haldi / Turmeric Powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
  5. Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
  6. Salt - 3/4 Teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds. Fry the cumin seeds till they start to splutter.
  2. Add 5-6 Curry Leaves and fry it.
  3. Add the thinly sliced Tindoras to the pan.
  4. Add Haldi, Red Chilli Powder and Salt .
  5. Stir fry the vegetables on a high-medium flame for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Then cover with a lid and cook on low flame, stirring occasionally for 15-20 minutes till cooked.
  7. Tindora Fry is ready. Serve it hot with any main course meal of roti or rice.
