Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Squid / Calamari / Makali 4 pcs
  2. Dry coconut 1/2 cup
  3. Garlic cloves 5 to 6
  4. Coriender seeds 2 tbsp
  5. Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
  6. Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
  7. Fish masala 2 tbsp
  8. Turmaric powder 1 tsp
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Oil for shallow fry
  11. Corn flour 2 tbsp
  12. Vinegar 1 tsp
  13. Coriender leaves 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. FRESH SQUID / CALAMARI
  2. ALL INGREDIENTS
  3. CLEAN FISH
  4. REMOVE SKIN FROM SQUID
  5. WASH WITH WATER
  6. WASH AND KEEP IN STRAINER
  7. TAKE ALL INGREDIENTS FOR GRIND
  8. ADD CORIENDER LEAVES
  9. ADD WATER
  10. MAKE PASTE
  11. MIX WELL
  12. REMOVE PASTE IN PLATE
  13. TAKE VINEGAR - CORN FLOUR - CORIENDER LEAVES
  14. IN PASTE ADD VINEGAR - CORIENDER LEAVES
  15. MIX WELL
  16. HEAT PAN ADD OIL
  17. STUFF MASALA IN SQUID FISH
  18. PUT FEW CORN FLOUR ON TOP OF SQUID
  19. MAKE READY ALL
  20. MAKE A THIN PASTE OF RED CHILLI POWDER
  21. COAT WITH THIN PASTE
  22. HEAT OIL THEN PUT SQUID ONE BY ONE
  23. TURN IT VERY CAREFULLY
  24. KEEP LID FOR 6 TO 8 MIN ON MEDIUM FLAME
  25. READY TO SERVE
  26. MAKE A PCS
