ABOUT Bread burger with rice tikki RECIPE

This is a quick and a hush hush dish invented for satisfying my naughty munchkin as he sudden demand something new anytime. In this dish i have used bread roundels as burger buns and the filling is regular. But again i changed the regular potato tikkies with the normal potato ones and arranged the burger with salad and scoop full of mayonnaise for easy munching and making it creamy and yummy. Do try this once for your kid too

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. One medium size boiled potato
  2. Half cup boiled rice
  3. Half tbsp red chilli powder
  4. Salt
  5. Chat masala
  6. 3-4 burger buns
  7. One Tomato cut into rounds
  8. One onion discs
  9. Chopped cabbage into juliennes
  10. Veg burger mayonnaise
  11. Tomato ketchup
  12. Green chutney

Instructions

  1. Mix potato and rice with salt red chilli powder chat masala and shape them into tikki.
  2. Shallow fry them in oil till golden brown or crispy
  3. Now cut burger buns into halves
  4. Apply ketchup one half and green chutney on the other half
  5. Place some chopped salad on the lower side of the bun and put tikki on top
  6. Now put a scoop full of mayonnaise on it cover with the other half and enjoy the burger
