Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Besan flour 3/4 cup
  2. Corn flour 3 tsp
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Ajwain 1/4 tsp
  5. Fennel seeds 1/4 tsp
  6. Radish slices 7-8
  7. Cooking oil for deep fry
  8. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  9. Water 4-5 tsp
  10. Buttermilk 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. BESAN FLOUR AND CORN FLOUR
  2. ADD SALT, ASAFOETIDA, AJWAIN AND FENNEL SEEDS
  3. ADD RED CHILLI POWDER AND BUTTERMILK
  4. COMBINE TOGETHER
  5. MIX WELL, ADD LITTLE WATER AND PREPARE BATTER
  6. TAKE RADISH SLICES, GENTLY MIX WITH BATTER
  7. DEEP FRY IN HOT OIL, IN BATCHES
  8. FLIP OVER TO COOK EVENLY
  9. FRY TILL GOLDEN BROWN OR CRISPY
  10. REMOVE THE EXCESS OIL, SPREAD ON KITCHEN TOWEL
