  • malai/ cream of milk. 1/2 cup.
  • Rice flour. 3/4 cup
  • All purpose flour. 3 tbs
  • Granulled suger. 2&1/2 tbs
  • Powdered fennel seeds. 1/4 tsp
  • salt. 1/4 tsp
  • Sufficient oil for frying.

How to make Fried malai- rice cookies.

  1. MALAI/ CREAM OF MILK, RICE FLOUR, ALL PURPOSE FLOUR, GRANULLED SUGER, FENNEL SEEDS POWDER,SALT, OIL.
  2. TRANSFER 1/2 CUP MALAI IN A BOWL.
  3. MAKE CREAMY TEXTURE.
  4. ADD 3/4 CUP RICE FLOUR.
  5. ADD 3 TBS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR.
  6. ADD 1/4 TSP POWDERD FENNEL SEEDS.
  7. ADD 1/4 TSP SALT
  8. ADD 2&1/2 TBS GRANULLED SUGER.
  9. COMBINE WELL EVERY INGREADENTS.
  10. MAKE A SMOOTH SOFT DOUGH.
  11. REST DOUGH FOR 6/7 MINUTES.
  12. FLATTEN WITH ROLLING PIN.
  13. MAKE A LITTLE THICKER ROTI.
  14. CUT COOKIES IN DESIRED SHAPE.
  15. STAR SHAPED COOKIES.
  16. WAITING FOR FRYING.
  17. FRY ALL COOKIES IN SUFFICIENT HOT OIL.
  18. FRY COOKIES UNTIL THEY GET BROWN COLOUR.
