a simple way to make tiffin with ingredints we always have in home.Mh mother used to make this in our collegd life.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. pau buns 8
  2. white oil 200gms
  3. butter 4 tspn
  4. funfood mayonnaise 8 tblspn
  5. grated cheese 4 tblspn
  6. Cheese Slices 4
  7. Chilly flakes 1 tspn
  8. Pepper powder 1/2 tspn
  9. tomato ketch up 2 tspn
  10. blanched cabbage 1 cup
  11. for kebab or tikki-
  12. soyabean granules 400 gms
  13. Onions chopped 1 cup
  14. Potato 1 cubed
  15. chana dal 4 tblspn
  16. beetroot 1 cubed
  17. Ginger 1"
  18. garlic 1 tblspn pounded
  19. roasted vaja masala powder 2 tspn( roast pepper,cardamom,cinnamon,cloves,bay leaves,cumin,coriander,dried red chilly,snauf & grind)
  20. Garam masala powder 1 tspn
  21. Coriander leaves chopped 1/2 cup
  22. crushed dried curry leaves 1 tblspn
  23. Salt
  24. sugar
  25. besan / bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. boil the soya granules,potato, beetroot, chana dal in pressure cooker (keep 3 min after 1st whistle)
  2. u need these ingredients
  3. add oil to the pan, heat it
  4. add onions, fry till golden
  5. add ginger & garlic and fry
  6. mashed together all thee boiled vegetables, then add to the pan and keep frying
  7. add salt,sugar and more oil to this
  8. add all the powder,stir till the moisture will absorb, put down from flame and cool down
  9. add the leaves,mix
  10. make kebans from this coated with besan/bread crumbs and fry on tawa
  11. add butter to tawa,roast the pau over it
  12. add mayonnaise,chilly flakes,tomato ketch up,pepper powder,grated cheese to the blanched cabbage
  13. spread it over the roasted bun
  14. put the kebab over it
  15. put a cheese slice
  16. again topped with cabbage mixture
  17. keep another pau
  18. prick one toothpick,ur dish is ready
  19. serve with cabbage mixture
