Veg pasta

Ingredients to make Veg pasta

  • 3 cups elbow pasta
  • 1 carrot
  • 1/2 cup peas
  • 1 green capsicum
  • 3-4 baby corns
  • 10-15 french beans
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp eggless mayonnaise
  • salt, to taste
  • 1 pouch Maggi masala magic
  • water, to boil pasta

How to make Veg pasta

  1. In a big pan put water, salt and pasta and keep it to boil.
  2. Heat oil in a wok and add all vegetables and sauté for 1-2 mins.
  3. Add salt to taste and cover and cook on low flame.
  4. Drain the pasta in a sieve when al dente.
  5. When the vegetables are soft, add turmeric powder, Maggie masala magic and mayonnaise and mix well.
  6. Add boiled pasta to it and mix well.
  7. Serve hot.
