Ingredients to make Veg Paneer Burger

  • Burger buns 6 piece
  • Veg mayonnaies 4 tbsps
  • Schezwan chutney 3 tbsps
  • White onion slices 6 piece
  • tomato slices 6 piece
  • oil for frying
  • butter
  • chilli oregao sauce
  • Chese slices 6 piece
  • White pepper powder
  • Alt to taste
  • cabbage
  • Monaco cookie crumbs
  • paneer slices 6 piece

How to make Veg Paneer Burger

  1. BRING ONE BOWL,ADD MAIDA,CORNFLOUR,RED CHILLI POWDER AND SALT,MIX WELL AND MAKE BATTER.HEAT OIL.
  2. ADD PANEER SLICES INTO THE BATTER.
  3. BRING OUT AND COAT IT WITH MONACO COOKI CRUMB.
  4. DEEP FRY ALL PANEER SLICES.
  5. PANEER SLICES ARE READY. HEAT A GRILLING PAN,ADD BUTTER.
  6. ADD ONION SLICES.
  7. SPRINKLE SALT AND WHITE PEPPER POWDER.
  8. COVER IT AND COOK FOR FEW SECONDS.
  9. OPEN THE LID. TURN IT AND BAKE FOR FEW SECONDS.
  10. ONIONS ARE WELL COOCKED.
  11. CUT THE BURGER BUNS AND ROAST BOTH SIDES ON GRILLING PAN USING LITTLE BUTTER.
  12. ADD VEG MAYONNAIES
  13. ADD SCHEZWAN CHUTNEY
  14. ADD CABBAGE. ADD ONE TOMATO SLICE
  15. SPRINKLE SALT AND PEPPER
  16. ADD PANEER SLICE AND CHESE SLICE.
  17. ADD 1/2 TSP CHILLI OREGANO SAUCE.
  18. ADD ONION SLICE. ADD CORIANDER
