Domino's style Veggie pizza, made at home to surprise the family.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 3 cup All purpose flour
  2. 1/2 tsp sugar
  3. 1 tsp salt
  4. 1 cup lukewarm water
  5. 2 tsp active dry yeast
  6. 2 tbsp Olive oil
  7. 2 Tomatoes
  8. 1 tsp crushed Garlic
  9. 1 tsp minced onion
  10. 1 tsp Chilli powder
  11. Mix herb for seasoning
  12. 100 gm Cheese
  13. 1/4 cup sliced cherry Tomatoes
  14. 1/4 cup sliced Capsicum
  15. 1/4 cup sliced onion
  16. 1 tbsp Tomato sauce

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in pan.
  2. Put crushed garlic and onion in pan.
  3. Fry till colour start change.
  4. Add Tomato puree.
  5. Cook till it start thicken
  6. Add chilli powder and salt.
  7. Add Tomato sauce and mix herbs.
  8. Pizza sauce is ready.
  9. Proof yeast. Take lukewarm water, sugar, salt in a bowl.
  10. Add active dry yeast and leave it for 15 minutes.
  11. Knead a dough from maida, olive oil and proofed yeast.
  12. Leave it for 2 hours. After this dough become double in size.
  13. Make 6 equal size balls from dough.
  14. Roll balls on dusted surface.
  15. Make medium size pizza and Prick it with fork.
  16. Keep rolled pizzas on greased and dusted baking tray.
  17. Bake on 200 degree for 10 minutes. Pizza base is ready.
  18. Spread pizza sauce on base.
  19. Put veggies on it.
  20. Put grated cheez over pizza.
  21. Sprinkle mix herbs on it.
  22. Pizza is ready for bake.
  23. Bake pizza on 200 degree for 10 minutes.
  24. Yummy Veggie pizza is ready.
