Ingredients to make Special dahi puri

  • Gol gappa's puri youu can make it at home(but I used store bought )
  • Boiled diced potatos- as required
  • tamarind and jaggery thin paste- 1 cup
  • Green chutney - 1/2 cup
  • salt acc.to taste
  • Nylon sev
  • curd as required
  • pomegranate and chopped coriander for garnishing
  • Chopped onions
  • Boiled chicken pea
  • red chilli acc. to taste
  • Chaat masala acc. to taste
  • Roasted cumin powder acc.to taste

How to make Special dahi puri

  1. Arrange all the puri's In serving dish
  2. Mix diced potatoes with chicken pea and add green chilli paste, salt n chaat masala and mix it well.
  3. Put this mixture in each puri's now pour thick curd mixture ,jaggery tamarind paste and green chutney on each puri's
  4. Chopped onions (optional)
  5. Sprinkle sev, red chilli powder , Chaat masala, chopped corriander, n pomegranate lastly add some curd drops n njoy....
