Ingredients to make Dabali Pulao

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 piece chopped onion
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 tsp chopped green chilli 1 tbsp sweet chutney
  • 2 tbsp crush masala
  • 1 tsp dabali masala
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/4 cup chopped boiled potatoes
  • 1 cup boiled rice
  • For garnish
  • fresh coconut
  • masala peanut
  • pomegranate
  • fresh coriander
  • Ingredients for crush masala
  • 2 piece dry red chilli
  • 3 piece clove
  • 1 small stick cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp dry coriander
  • 1/4 tsp oil

How to make Dabali Pulao

  1. Heat a pan add oil and whole dry ingredients and roasted few minutes when mixture cool down then add into mixture grinder and crush it
  2. Heat a pan add butter and chopped onion sauté for a few minutes
  3. Add chopped green chilli and garlic paste and sauté for few seconds
  4. Add sweet chutney and crush masala and stir it
  5. Add water , turmeric powder and red chilli powder and cook few minutes
  6. Add boiled potatoes and rice mix well and cook some times
  7. Sprinkle fresh coconut, masala peanut, pomegranate and fresh coriander
