Caramel pudding

Ingredients to make Caramel pudding

  • Milk 500 ml.
  • sugar 100 gm.
  • sugar 4 tbsp for caramel sauce.
  • Condensed milk 1/2 cup.
  • Vanilla essence few drops.
  • egg 3
  • water 1 tbsp

How to make Caramel pudding

  1. Preheat the oven to 190 degree c.
  2. In a non stick pan add sugar & water .
  3. Swirl the pan to melt it down.
  4. The caramel came to boil..allow it to bubble up till it turns golden brown.
  5. Pour it in a baking pan & spread evenly.
  6. Whisk eggs, sugar & vanilla till fluffy.
  7. Add in milk.
  8. Pour this through a sieve.
  9. Pour it over the caramel.
  10. Take a bigger pan & fill it half way with water.
  11. Place the caramel pan inside that pan.
  12. Bake it for 35 minutes.
  13. Allow it cool.
  14. Put into the fridge for 3 hours.
  15. Now release the sides by knife & place a plate over the tin & holding the tin carefully invert the tin.
  16. Tap the top of the tin & lift it for caramel pudding.
  17. Serve chilled.
