  • Boiled noodles 2 cup
  • onion 1
  • Tri color bell pepper 1/4 cup
  • oil 1+2 tbsp
  • Ketchup 1 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tesp
  • sugar 2 tbsp
  • vinegar 2 tbsp
  • salt 1/4 tesp
  • Black pepper powder 1/4 tesp
  • cornflour 1 tesp

How to make Pan fried noodles with saucy veggies

  1. HEAT 1 TBSP OIL.
  2. ADD 1/4 CUP DICED ONION PETALS AND SAUTE FOR FEW SECONDS ON HIGH.
  3. ADD 1/4 CUP DICED BELL PEPPERS AND SAUTE FOR FEW SECONDS ON HIGH.
  4. ADD 1 TBSP KETCHUP, 1 TESP SOYA SAUCE.
  5. ADD 2 TBSP VINEGAR AND 2 TBSP SUGAR.
  6. SEASON WITH SALT AND PEPPER.
  7. DISSOLVE 1 TESP CORNFLOUR IN 3 TBSP OF WATER.
  8. ADD CORNFLOUR SLURRY AND STIR.
  9. KEEP STIRRING TILL SAUCE THICKENS. REMOVE FROM FIRE.
  10. TAKE 1 CUP BOILED NOODLES.
  11. HEAT 2 TBSP OIL IN A NON STICK PAN.
  12. SPREAD HANDFUL OF BOILED NOODLES IN THE PAN UNIFORMLY.
  13. LET THEM COOK ON HIGH UNTIL CRISP AT BOTTOM.
  14. FLIP AND COOK AT OTHER SIDE TOO.
  15. REMOVE ON TO A PLATE.
  16. TOP WITH SAUCY STIR FRIED VEGGIES .
