A soft, moist, sinfully delicious chocolate cake, which is eggless and yummmy at the same time. Isn’t it wonderful?
Preheat oven at 180 degrees
Sieve maida, cocoa powder, baking soda in a bowl.
Take another bowl, add sugar, milk, vinegar, hot water, butter and vanilla extract. Beat together well.
Pour the wet ingredients into dry ingredients bowl little by little.
Pour the batter in bundt pan and bake for 45 mins.
Pour the cream in the pan and heat it. Add chopped chocolate immediately when it comes to boil.
Mix and remove from the heat.
Pour the prepared ganache on top, and chill for 10 minutes till set
