Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 1 cup sooji/ semolina
  2. 2 tbsp ghee
  3. 1/2 cup condensed milk
  4. 1/4 cup desiccated coconut
  5. 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  6. 2 tbsp cashewnuts
  7. 1 tbsp raisins
  8. 5-6 tbsp milk


  1. Heat ghee in a wok and add semolina and chopped cashews to it.
  2. Sauté till semolina is roasted .
  3. Add desiccated coconut and saute for 1 min.
  4. Add cardamom powder and raisins and mix well.
  5. Add condensed milk and mix well.
  6. If the mix seems little tight, add 1-2 tbsp at one time till the whole comes as whole and starts leaving the sides.
  7. Let it cool a little then roll into laddoos.
