Ingredients to make Tomato soup

  • 2 cups chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper powder, to taste

How to make Tomato soup

  1. Add tomatoes, onions, garlic and water in a pressure cooker.
  2. Cook for 3-4 whistles.
  3. Let the steam go off then open the cooker.
  4. Blend the whole mix in a blender jar and then sieve it.
  5. Put the sieved mix in a pan.
  6. Add salt, black pepper powder and butter and cook on low to medium flame for 3-4 mins.
  7. Serve hot.
