Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. wheat flour 2 bowls
  2. ghee 1 bowl
  3. jaggery 1 bowl
  4. dry fruits
  5. khus khus
  6. cardamom powder 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. take wheat flour
  2. put ghee and make a fine tight dough
  3. make a thick roti(bhakri) on slow flame
  4. grind roti ( Bhakri) in chopper
  5. put ghee in pan and jaggrey in it
  6. stir till the jaggrey gets golden
  7. add grinded roti(bhakri) in the pan
  8. and stir it and add dry fruits
  9. and add cardamom powder
  10. and stir it
  11. now keep the mixture in a dish
  12. and give the shape by modak moulds or by itself
  13. dip the upper part of modak in khus khus
  14. NOW THE MODAKS ARE READY TO SERVE
