Manchow soup is a indo chinese soup which has many vegetables and very very tasty and healthy.alongwith garlic bread it is a comfort food one can satisfy himself if he don't want to cook much.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 tsp oil
  2. 1 tbsp sugar
  3. 6 cloves of garlic
  4. 1/2 cup finely chopped carrot
  5. 1/2 cup finely chopped cabbage
  6. 1/2 cup finely chop cauliflour
  7. 1/2 cup fine chop capsicum
  8. 1/2 cup fine chop tomato
  9. 1 tsp fine chop ginger
  10. 4 cup vegetable stock or water
  11. 1 tsp pepper
  12. 1.5 tbsp cornflour
  13. 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  14. 1 tbsp soya sauce
  15. Fried noodles and spring onion for garnish
  16. garlic bread to serve with

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in pan
  2. Add sugar and Cook till melt
  3. Then add ginger and minced garlic
  4. Saute them
  5. Add vegetables one by one
  6. Add coriander leaves
  7. Cook them few min.
  8. Then add vegetable stock
  9. Stir it
  10. Add salt and pepper
  11. Now add sauce and soya sauce
  12. Adjust seasoning according taste
  13. Mix cornflour in 1 tbsp stock
  14. And add it in soup
  15. Cook till thick
  16. Our soup is ready
  17. Serve with fried noodles and garlic bread
  18. Garnish with spring onion and coriander leaves
