ABOUT Brahmi chutney RECIPE

Brahmi leaves are excellent for nerves and brain especially for strong memory and helps to destress and relieves our tension. Prevents brain decay. Eating atleast 2 leaves in a day works wonders.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Salt to taste
  2. Green Chillies - 2
  3. Star anise - small piece
  4. Jeera - 1/2 tsp
  5. Coconut grated - 3/4 cup
  6. Brahmi leaves - 1 cup

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a mixer and grind to chutney consistency adding required water.
  2. Serve with idly, dosa etc.

Did u use Muthill plant leaves along with it?i asked u becoz u used it for garnishing was not brahmi dat was muthil plant leaves
