Ingredients to make Sabudana Vada Burger

  • 1/2 cup sabudana
  • 1 cup potatoes
  • 1/4 cup peanuts
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp jinger paste
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 2 green chillies
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

How to make Sabudana Vada Burger

  1. WASH AND SOAK 1/2 CUP SABUDANA FOR 4 HOURS.
  2. BOIL POTATOES AND MASH 1 CUP
  3. ROAST 1/4 CUP PEANUTS AND POWDER THEM COARSELY.
  4. 1 TSP GINGER PASTE, 2 GREEN CHILLIES, 1 TSP CUMIN.
  5. 1 TBSP CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES, 1 TSP LEMON JUICE.
  6. SALT TO TASTE, MIX WELL.
  7. MAKE BALLS & FLATTEN TO MAKE THE VADA. DEEP FRY IN HOT OIL.
  8. FLIP VADAS. FRY UNTILL GOLDEN AND CRISP.
  9. DRAIN AND REMOVE FROM OIL.
  10. CUT BURGER BUN.
  11. TAKE ONE BOTTLE DR. OETKER FUN FOODS VEG MAYONNAISE BURGER.
  12. APPLY A SPOON FULL OF FUNFOODS VEG MAYONNAISE ON BURGER.
  13. SPREAD IT EVENLY.
  14. SPREAD IT EVENLY BOTH SIDES OF BUNS.
  15. ARRANGE THE LETTUCE, TOMATOE SLICES, & ONION SLICES.
  16. PLACE THE SABUDANA VADA & A SPOON FUNFOODS MAYONNAISE.
  17. DALLOP OF MAYONNAISE.
  18. YUMMM... FUNFOODS BURGER MAYONNAISE.
  19. SERVE IMMEDIATELY.
