Punjabi Samosa

Ingredients to make Punjabi Samosa

  • For outer crust
  • 1 1\2 cup maida
  • 1 tsp ajwain
  • 3 tbsp Oil or ghee
  • salt to taste
  • For Filling
  • 3 medium potatoes
  • Half cup peas
  • Half teaspoon jeera
  • 1 tbsp Green chilli and Ginger paste
  • Half tsp laal mirch
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • Half tsp garam massala powder
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp saunf powder
  • salt to taste
  • oil 2 tbsp + for frying
  • coriander leaves chopped

How to make Punjabi Samosa

  1. Boil potatoes and peas is a salted water. When boil cool it and mash them
  2. In another bowl put all the ingredients of outer crust and prepare a dough
  3. In another bowl put all the filling ingredients + the boil things.
  4. Then roll the dough and put the filling and give a Samosa shape and Fry it
  5. Your snack is ready
