  • Act II butter popcorn 5 cups ,Popped
  • onion 1 diced
  • capsicum 1 diced
  • cashew 2 tbsp roasted
  • White sesame seeds 1 1/2 tsp roasted
  • Red chillie sauce 2 tbsp
  • vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Soy sauce 1 tsp
  • all purpose flour 2 tbsp
  • water 1/4 cup
  • sugar 1/2 tsp
  • oil 2 tbsp
  • salt to taste

How to make Kung Pao Popcorn

  1. TAKE ACT LL POPCORN BOX
  2. REMOVE 1 PCKT
  3. REMOVE THE BAG
  4. MAKE SURE TO PUT THE YELLOW BUTTER SIDE DOWN
  5. POP THEM FOR 3 MINS ON HIGH IN THE MICROWAVE
  6. THE ACT II POP CORN IS ALL PUFFED UP
  7. HOLD THE DIAGONAL SIDES AND PULL TO OPEN THE BAG
  8. WE WILL USE 5 CUPS FOR THE RECIPE
  9. KEEP OUR INGRIDENTS READY
  10. MIX THE 2 TBSP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR AND 1/4 CUP WATER AND MAKE A SMOOTH SLURRY
  11. MAKE SURE NO LUMPS ARE FORMED
  12. TAKE A KADAI AND HEAT 2 TBSP OIL
  13. ADD 1 DICED ONION AND TOSS FOR A FEW SECONDS
  14. ADD 1 DICED CAPSICUM AND COOK TILL SOFT
  15. ADD 2 TBSP RED CHILLIE SAUCE AND FRY FOR 1 MIN
  16. ADD 1 TSP SOY SAUCE
  17. ADD 1 TBSP VINEGAR
  18. ADD 1 TSP SUGAR AND STIR
  19. ADD 5 CUPS POPCORN
  20. ADD A PINCH OF SALT
  21. MIX IN
  22. ADD THE FLOUR SLURRY , MIX AND COOK FOR 2 MINS
  23. TAKE OFF THE HEAT
  24. SPRINKLE 2 TBSP TOASTED CASHEWS
  25. SPRINKLE 1 1/2 TSP TOASTED SESAME SEEDS
