This is restaurant style flat bread or cooked usually in tandoor which gives it a earthy taste.Here i am presenting the restaurant style naan at home without use of yeast and baking soda. I have made these naans using only maida because sometimes i cheat in cooking and dieting by changing the Normal ingredients with the healthy ones. But you can use both maida and wheat flour mixture or simply wheat flour if the taste doesn't matter to you. I make these naans in any method according to the mood. But remaining ingredients like curd salt oil some sugar remain same.
