Puchka in Calcutta, Gol Gappa in Delhi, Pani Puri in Bombay, who does not love this mouthwatering snack? So here is a little twist, a fusion of Puchka and Pizza,I had this first at a restaurant and could not stop myself from trying my version of it at home. So here is the recipe!

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Puris 10 nos.
  2. For the Filling: Cheese Sauce / Cheese spread 1/2 cup
  3. Tomato Sauce 2 tbsp
  4. Grated Cottage Cheese 1/4 cup
  5. Capsicum chopped 1/2 no
  6. Sweetcorn kernels 1/4 cup
  7. Onion chopped 1/2 no
  8. Oregano 1 tsp
  9. Black Pepper pwd As per taste
  10. Chilli flakes as per taste
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Grated Cheese for topping 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Prepare a mixture of all ingredients mentioned for the filling. Make sure it tastes a bit tangy and saucy. Adjust consistency accordingly by adding the sauces. Pre heat the oven. Make an opening at the top of the puris.
  2. Make an opening at the top of the puris. Place them in the baking tray. Using a spoon fill the puris with the prepared mixture. Make sure you put a generous amount of mixture to get a perfect taste.
  3. Grate some cheese on top of the puris if you wish to make it more cheesy
  4. Bake for 10 minutes or till the cheese on top melts
  5. Ready to serve
