Ingredients to make Curd Rice.

  • 1 bowl boil or leftover rice
  • 2 cup butter milk
  • 2 onion.
  • 2 green chillies
  • 1/2cup peanut
  • salt
  • 1/4tsp mustard seeds.
  • 10 kari patta.

How to make Curd Rice.

  1. In a bowl put rice
  2. Add salt n butter milk
  3. Stir well.
  4. Heat oil in a pan
  5. Add mustard seeds
  6. Put kari patta
  7. Put green chilli
  8. Add chopp onion n stir well.
  9. Add peanut.
  10. Pour tadka on rice
  11. Mix well.
  12. Ready.
