ABOUT Garam masala pulao RECIPE

It is a simple dish but gives you the flavours of dry whole spices. You can eat it with raita or with any dal or curry. Its simply awesome.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Rice 2 cup soaked
  2. Cumin seeds 2 teaspoon
  3. Green caradamom 3
  4. Black caradamom 1
  5. Cloves 4
  6. Cinnamon sticks 2
  7. Mace 2 pieces
  8. Magga 2 pieces
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Green chillies 2 slitted
  11. Ghee 2 tablespoon
  12. water 4 cups


  1. Heat ghee and add all masalas and roast till they change colour.
  2. Add rice and stir constantly let it simmer.
  3. Add water, salt and green and. Mix well and cook till rice becomes soft with closed lid.
  4. Your garam masala pulao is ready.
