Fruity Parfait

Ingredients to make Fruity Parfait

  • 1 cup hung curd
  • Few cherries
  • For Garnishing:
  • 2 tsp Powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp curd
  • 1 tbsp chopped dry fruits ( I have used walnut and almonds)
  • 1/4 cup mango cubes
  • 1/2 cup papaya cubes
  • 1 cup grated apple
  • 2 tbsp watermelon and guava, cut in small cubes
  • 1 cup mixed fruits cubes ( I have used watermelon, guava, mango ,oranges and grapes)
  • Few mango slices

How to make Fruity Parfait

  1. Whisk the hung curd well, add the powdered sugar and grated apples into this.
  2. Now take a wide open glass and layer this half hung curd mixture at the bottom of it.
  3. Then put in the chopped fruits randomly with half of the chopped dry fruits as a topping.
  4. Blend the papaya,mango and curd to form a semi thick puree. Layer this over the chopped fruits carefully.
  5. Now place small cubes of watermelon and guava. Finally put the rest of the hung curd mixture as a final layer with the mixed dry fruits.
  6. Garnish with cherries and mango slice and freeze it for 30 mins.
  7. After this time, serve it chilled to enjoy!

My Tip:

You can add any fruits of your choice and make it colourful and fun.

I made it for lunch with little changes as I didn't had all the fruits mentioned in the recipe but still it tasted awesome n delicious....thanks a ton for this recipe
