Besan ka sheera

Ingredients to make Besan ka sheera

  • 4 tsp desi ghee
  • 3 tsp besan
  • 2 CUP MILK
  • sugar to taste

How to make Besan ka sheera

  1. Keep a pan at low flame.Add ghee.
  2. As it melts add besan.
  3. Roast it until it gives nutty fragrance and changes colour.
  4. After that remove the pan from gas and keep down.
  5. Add milk and mix it well.
  6. Now again, keep the pan on gas
  7. Add sugar and mix continuously.
  8. Boil the mixture for one minute and turn off the flame.
  9. Sheera is ready. Serve hot.

My Tip:

Besan is heated too fast so be careful.
