ABOUT Gobi65 RECIPE

Gobi 65 is one of the dish we make in our house more often than anything else. Whenever we buy cauliflower this dish has to be done.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Cauliflower – 2 cups cut into small florets
  2. Ginger Garlic paste– 4 spn
  3. Chilli powder – 2 tsp
  4. Garam Masala Powder – 1 tsp
  5. Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
  6. Rice flour / Arisi Mavu – 2 tblspn
  7. Maida – 2 tblspn
  8. Cornflour / Cornstarch- 2 tblspn
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Oil for deep frying

Instructions

  1. Boil cauliflower in salted water till it is tender. It will take around 10 mins. Drain and set aside.
  2. Take that in a bowl and add all the other ingredients except oil and mix well.
  3. Heat oil for deep frying, fry the cauliflower till it is golden. drain in a paper towel.
  4. Serve hot with sweet chilli sauce or ketchup.
