Fish tornado is a super rated dish.in our family.its crispy- crunchy potatoes & juicy fish is really mouth watering. Though it has western flavour i tried to give it an Indian touch.a little more spicy& a little more hot Taste.try it & fall in love with fish tornadoes. thank you.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. For batter:
  2. Corn starch. 1/2 cup.
  3. All purpose flour. 2 tbs
  4. Rice flour 1 tbs
  5. Baking powder. 1 tsp
  6. Red chilli powder. 2 tsp
  7. Salt. 3/4 tsp
  8. Water. 3/4 cup
  9. Green coriander leaves. 2 tbs
  10. Fish marination:
  11. Fish fillets. 2
  12. Salt pinch of
  13. Soya sauce. 1 tsp
  14. Hot tomato sauce. 1/2tbs
  15. Coriander powder. 1/2 tsp
  16. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  17. Potatoes

Instructions

  1. FISH FILLETS,RED CHILLI POWDER, CORIANDER POWDER, SOYA SAUCE, LAMON JUICE, GREEN CORIANDER LEAVES,
  2. CORNSTARCH,APF,RICE FLOUR, POTATO, OIL, WATER,HOT TOMATO SAUCE, BAKING POWDER.
  3. TRANSFER CORNSTARCH 1/2 CUP,APF 2 TBS IN A BOWL.
  4. ADD RICE FLOUR 1 TBS.
  5. ADD BAKING POWDER 1 TSP.
  6. ADD RED CHILLI POWDER 2 TSP.
  7. ADD SALT 3/4 TSP.
  8. ADD WATER 3/4 CUP.
  9. COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS VERY WELL.
  10. ADD CHOPPED GREEN CORIANDER LEAVES 2 TBS.MIX AGAIN& LET IT REST FOR 10 MINUTES.
  11. WASH FISH FILLETS WITH TURMARIC POWDER& LAMON JUICE.
  12. CUT FISH FILLETS INTO DICE CUT.
  13. TRANSFER FISH FILLETS IN ANOTHER BOWL &. ADD RED CHILLI POWDER 1 TSP.
  14. ADD CORIANDER POWDER 1/2 TSP
  15. ADD ALL PURPOSE FLOUR 1/2 TSP.
  16. ADD SALT 1/4 TSP.
  17. ADD SOYA SAUCE 1 TSP.
  18. ADD RED HOT TOMATO SAUCE 1 TBS.
  19. MIX WELL & ALLOW IT TO MARINATE FOR 15 MINUTES.
  20. CUT POTATOES LENGTH WISE.
  21. MAKE POTATO SLICES.
  22. SPRINKLE A PINCH OF SALT OVER POTATO SLICE.
  23. SET POTATO SLICES& FISH CUBES WITH SQUEAR.
  24. FISH TORNADOES ARE WAITING TO FRY.
  25. COVER WITH BATTER.
  26. DEEP FRY ALL FISH TORNADOES IN SUFFICIENT HOT OIL.
  27. FLIP& FRY BOTH SIDES PROPERLY.
  28. FRY UNTIL POTATO TORNADOES GET GOLDEN COLOUR.
  29. ARRANGE FRIED FISH TORNADOES WITH SALAD DACOR..... SERVE WITH RED/GREEN SAUCE.
