Choco Marie Delight

Ingredients to make Choco Marie Delight

  • Marie Biscuit - 1 packet
  • Cocoa pwd - 1 cup
  • sugar - 1/2 cup
  • Milk - 1/2 cup
  • Cake Sprinkles/ Chopped nuts

How to make Choco Marie Delight

  1. Prepare a quick chocolate syrup by mixing the cocoa, sugar and warm milk. Heat it on a flame to thicken it. Take it off the flame and allow to cool a little.
  2. Take the biscuits one by one and dip it in the slightly warm chocolate syrup and stack on top of each other.
  3. Once you have completed this process, place the biscuit stack in a horizontal position onto a tray.
  4. Using a butter knife cover the biscuit stack properly with the chocolate syrup so that no biscuit is visible.
  5. Sprinkle with chopped mixed nuts/ walnuts/ cake sprinkles whichever you have or prefer.
  6. Refrigerate for an hour
  7. when ready to eat, slice the loaf from one corner in a slanting direction.

My Tip:

Instead of preparing a chocolate sauce, you could also simply melt any chocolate in a microwave and use it to dip the biscuits You can add flavors to the chocolate like strawberry crush, cherry essence, mint essence of your choice
