Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 bunch fenugreek leaves
  2. 250gm baby potatoes
  3. Salt
  4. 2 green chillies
  5. 2 tbs chopp ginger
  6. 1/4tsp red chilli powder
  7. 4 tsp mustard oil.

Instructions

  1. Clean.wash n chopp methi.
  2. Clean wash n cut potatoes with skin
  3. Heat oil
  4. Put potatoes in it
  5. Stir well.
  6. When half done add green chillies.ginger.
  7. Add methi leaves
  8. Nw add salt n red pepper.
  9. Cook on simmer just few minutes.
  10. Open n roast till crisp.
  11. Serve with chapati.
