Ingredients to make Banana Appam

  • Ripened bananas 6
  • Whole wheat fkour 1 ladle
  • Brown sugar 2 tablespoons
  • cinnamon powder 1/4 teaspoon
  • Green cardamon powder 1/2 tspn
  • baking soda a pinch
  • ghee few teaspoons

How to make Banana Appam

  1. TAKE 6 RIPENED BANANAS
  2. MASH THEM WELL, ADD 2 TAB SPOONS OF BROWN SUGAR
  3. MIX WELL TO GET PULPY CONSISTENCY
  4. 1 LADLE WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR, 1/4 TSPN OF CINNAMON POWDER
  5. 1/2 TSPN GREEN CARDAMON POWDER & A PINCH OF BAKING SODA.
  6. MIX TO GET A DOUGH STUFF
  7. POUR IN 50 ML OF MILK
  8. HEAT APPE PAN AND FILL EACH CRATER WITH 1/2 TSPOON OF GHEE
  9. FILL THE CRATERS WITH THE BANANA MIX USING A SMALL LADLE
  10. LET THEM GET ROASTED FOR 3 MINUTES
  11. FLIP OFF AND ALLOW THE OTHER SIDE TOO TO GET ROASTED
  12. NOW THE BANANA APPAMS ARE READY
  13. SERVE HOT
