  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 3/4 cup fresh breadcrumbs
  • salt to taste
  • 1 cup dry breadcrumbs
  • oil for frying

  1. INGREDIENTS
  2. HEAT OIL, ADD POTATOES AND VEGGIES, SAUTE FOR 2 MINUTES ON MEDIUM HEAT
  3. ADD SALT, MIX WELL
  4. ADD 2 TBSP FLOUR, SAUTE FOR HALF MINUTES, SWITCH OFF
  5. ADD SCHZEWAN SAUCE AND FRESH BREADCRUMBS. MIX WELL
  6. KNEAD A DOUGH
  7. ADD 1/4 CUP WATER TO FLOUR AND MAKE SLURRY
  8. TAKE LEMON SIZED BALL AND SHAPE LIKE ROLL
  9. DIP IN FLOUR SLURRY
  10. COAT WITH DRY BREADCRUMBS
  11. AGAIN DIP IN FLOUR SLURRY
  12. COAT WITH BREADCRUMBS
  13. REFRIGERATE FOR 15 MINUTES
  14. FRY ON MEDIUM HEAT UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN
  15. ALLOW EXCESS OIL TO BE ABSORBED
  16. SERVE HOT WITH KETCHUP
