Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Dry coconut powder 1 cup
  2. Ghee 1 1/2 tsp
  3. Jaggery 3/4 cup
  4. Water 1/2 cup
  5. Cardamom seeds 1/4 tsp

Instructions

  1. HEAT GHEE
  2. FRY COCONUT POWDER TILL GOLDEN BROWN
  3. CARDAMOM SEEDS
  4. KEEP ASIDE
  5. GREASE GHEE TO THE PLATE
  6. BOIL WATER
  7. ADD JAGGERY, LET IT MELTS
  8. TURN OFF THE FLAME
  9. STRAIN IT
  10. AGAIN BOIL IT TILL THICKNESS
  11. SLOWLY ADD FRIED COCONUT
  12. SAUTE CONTINUOUSLY TILL IT LEAVES THE EDGES
  13. TRANSFER INTO A READY PLATE
  14. SHAKE AND SPREAD
  15. AFTER WATER CUT IN DESIRED SHAPE
