Ingredients to make Banana Yogurt

  • Ripe banana - 3 - 4
  • Hung curd - 500 gms
  • cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Brown sugar - 2 tbsp
  • raisins - 1 tbsp
  • honey - 2 tbsp

How to make Banana Yogurt

  1. Hung the curd in a m uslin cloth for 4 - 5 hours.
  2. Now we get hung curd.
  3. Add honey and cardamom powder into the hung curd and mix well.
  4. Add in the serving bowl and add raisins and ripe banana.
  5. Sprinkle brown sugar and serve.
