Ingredients to make Soya chunks and green peas curry

  • 1 cup soya chunks ( soaked in hot water)
  • Green peas 2 cup
  • onion 1 large chopped
  • ginger 2 teaspoon chopped
  • garlic 2 teaspoon chopped
  • green chillies 2 slitted
  • tomato puree 1 cup
  • salt to taste
  • Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
  • turmeric Powder 1 teaspoon
  • Kitchen king masala 1/2 teaspoon
  • cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
  • cloves 2
  • bay leaves 2
  • ghee 2 tablespoon
  • water 2 cup
  • coriander leaves for garnishing

How to make Soya chunks and green peas curry

  1. Make puree of onion, ginger and garlic. Heat a pressure cooker and add ghee. When it is hot add cloves, cumin seeds , and bay leaves. Roast it for 2 minutes.
  2. Add onion puree and cook till ghee seprates add tomato puree.
  3. Cook till ghee seprates. Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and kitchen king. Mix well. Add soya chunks and roast for 3 minutes.
  4. Add green peas ,slitted green chillies and water. Close the lid . Cook till 3 whistle.
  5. Open the lid and add coriander leaves. Your soya chunks and green peas curry is ready to serve.

My Tip:

You can use oil also
