I doesn't have much to say about but its just asweet cake for two or three people. filled with a flavour cream which you csn decide.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1. flour(175gm)
  2. 5. baking powder 2 tablespoon
  3. 2. butter (175gm)
  4. 3. milk 1&1/2 cup
  5. 4.whipping cream
  6. three eggs
  7. 6.vanilla essence 1 tsp
  8. 7.ginger
  9. 8.choclate100gm
  10. 175gm(sugar

Instructions

  1. At first we need to take 175gm butter and same quantity of sugar mixed in bowl with a hand mixer. Then while mixing pour. Three eggs one by one till the one which is in the bowl is properly mix. Also add some milk..
  2. Then add one table spoon baking powder. And two spoon of vanilla essence.... Then pour the mixture in to oven for 180 degree for 30-35 minutes. Till the time it getting ready.
  3. Then next thing is to prepare ginger cream which has to be filled between the two slices of the cake.... Take 300ml of whipping cream and blend it with hand till a creamy texture comes in it then add some grated ginger in it keep side
  4. And remember to use powder whipping cream not ordinary mail one.. Then we should make our chocolate sirup this can be done by a gaming taking 300ml of fresh cream and boil it in the pan and keep stirring so it doesn't get burn at down.
  5. Chopped a bar of dark chocolate say 100gm and add some butter then put the hot cream on it and mix it properly.
  6. Now get your cake out of the oven and slice into two pieces veritcally apply your ginger whipped cream Then pout your hot chocolate strip on it and hence your cake is ready....
