Ingredients to make Mini Bread uttapam

  • 8 slices round bread
  • 1/2cup besan
  • 4 tbs semolina(Suji)
  • 2 chopp onion
  • 2 chopp tomato
  • 1 green chilli
  • salt
  • 1/4tsp chat masala.
  • Green coriander.

How to make Mini Bread uttapam

  1. Make d better of besan n suji adding salt.
  2. Mix chopp chilli.coriander leaves.n little salt.
  3. Heat non stick tawa.
  4. Grease with oil
  5. Put bread slices on it.
  6. Spread better on slices
  7. Top with vegies.
  8. Turn it
  9. Cook on both sides.
  10. Sprinkle chat masala.
  11. Serve with chutney.

My Tip:

U can add grated panir on topping
