Ingredients to make Methi Muthia.

  • 1 cup chopp methi
  • 1 cup besan
  • 2 green chillies
  • salt
  • 1/4tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/4tsp chat masala
  • oil for frying.

How to make Methi Muthia.

  1. In a bowl put besan
  2. Put fine chopp methi leaves.
  3. Put besan in it
  4. Add salt.n cumin seeds.
  5. Add chopp green chillies
  6. Mix well with little water.
  7. Heat oil
  8. Make muthias with greased palms.
  9. Fry them.
  10. Sprinkle chat masala on it.

My Tip:

U can add 1 tsp curd in it.
