Papad pyaj parantha

Ingredients to make Papad pyaj parantha

  • Papad (moong dal spicy) roasted 5
  • onion chopped 2
  • ginger grated 2 teaspoon
  • green chillies 2 chopped or to taste
  • salt to taste
  • coriander leaves 3 tablespoon
  • cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
  • Carrom seeds 1 teaspoon
  • Whole wheat flour dough for making paranthas.
  • oil for shallow frying

How to make Papad pyaj parantha

  1. First crush the papad and mix with pyaj and all other ingredients except oil.
  2. Make a mixture of all ingredients.
  3. Now make a dough ball and roll it into a small diameter and put 2 tablespoon of mixture and close it carefully.
  4. Now with the help of roller pin make a parantha.
  5. Heat a tawa and roast from both sides this parantha and apply oil on low flame.
  6. Make other paranthas in the same way. Your papad pyaj paranthas are ready to serve. Serve with raita or pickle.

My Tip:

You can avoid green chillies.
